David Thomas is a partner and is in process of obtaining his broker’s license. He worked in construction as a teenager and later became a licensed electrician and contractor while getting his degree in electrical engineering. David has purchased and personally renovated more than 30 homes that he later sold and/or rented. With a background in construction, real estate investing, and sales, David’s unique skill set is an asset for both buyers and sellers. David has a “tell it like it is” approach that gives his clients a realistic picture of what’s possible and what’s not. His wife, Michelle Thomas, is a mortgage loan originator who also works with 3% Real E$tate. In his downtime, David enjoys hitting the theme parks and traveling with Michelle and the rest of his family.
